Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
We take pride in crafting each product especially for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Since our items are made-to-order, we accept returns or replacements only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
This policy explains the simple steps to request a replacement or refund if something doesn’t go as planned.
We’ve got you covered — if it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right.
Refunds
At Karmic Spark Clothing Co, each product is made-to-order through print-on-demand partners. As a result, we only offer returns or replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- We require photos of the issue (print defect, damage, wrong product/size).
- Process
- Email support@karmicspark.com with your order ID and issue details.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Size issues due to incorrect customer selection.
- Color variation due to screen differences.
- Clearance or sale items.
- Cancellations
- Clearance or Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun (typically within a few hours of order placement). items.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@karmicspark.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
